Inês Freitas is a portuguese illustrator and visual development artist based in often sunny, frequently rainy Porto
I’m a Porto based artist with experience in independent animated films, board games, illustration, art merch and design.Through my personal work, I explore the colours and rythms of nature, music, the joy of silly slice of life bits and the nostalgia they leave us with, and fictional universes.I have a BA in Fine Arts with a focus on multimedia and illustration from the Faculty of Fine Arts - University of Oporto and an MA in Illustration and Animation from Polytechnic Institute of Cávado and Ave. Since then, I have worked with a number of indie animation production teams and personal commissioners.Thank you for visiting!
